In this role you will be the first voice that clients hear. You will monitor phone and email tickets and coordinate with the techs to provide service. You will also track response time and ensure that the team is meeting the service level agreement (SLA). This is a fulltime permanent position based in sunny Jacksonville FL and the chosen candidate will work inoffice MondayFriday from 8am5pm (with a onehour lunch break).

Must Haves

• Demonstrated customer service experience with a willingness to go above and beyond in a professional setting
  
• Ability to proactively monitor and follow processes with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  
• Tech savviness with at least a basic understanding of computers and technology
  
• Determination to achieve results in a fastpaced environment
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
