Junior HR Personnel

Job Summary


We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior HR Personnel focusing on customer service. This role combines the responsibilities of assisting with various HR functions and providing exceptional customer service to internal employees and external clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a passion for fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Provide support for employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management processes including tracking employee evaluations and performance metrics.
  • Handle basic HR inquiries from employees regarding policies benefits and procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee events and activities.
  • Maintain compliance with all HR regulations and standards.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding HRrelated matters.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to employees and clients via phone email and inperson interactions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company policies procedures and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements.
  • Track and report on customer service metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or HR support roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fulltime position with typical office hours.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate HRrelated tasks outside of regular business hours.
  • Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure success in the role.
