Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the Operations Team for Workday will comprise:
- Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches.
- Identify and design improvements within the existing Benefits Configuration.
- Focus to secure global system and process stability.
- Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify valuable Benefits related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management.
- Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owner incl. solution design.
- Actively suport and advise rollout projects of Benefits functionalities.
- Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries.
