Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations growth by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the execution of strategies for business development.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Drive targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Oversee the development of marketing literature.
  • Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving sales and generating new business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Experience in managing sales and marketing activities.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of industry trends and market knowledge.
