Overview:
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations growth by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the execution of strategies for business development.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Drive targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Oversee the development of marketing literature.
- Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales and generating new business.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
- Experience in managing sales and marketing activities.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.
