Tasks

We are searching for an outgoing customer service representative that can assist our clients with product inquiries in a timely efficient and polite manner. The customer support Associate will help with client retention by handling problems and product difficulties while communicating in a professional positive manner. You will use your multitasking abilities while listening and conversing to consumers navigating computers and typing call documentation. You will be able to quickly establish client confidence and trust.

  • Assist customers in resolving product or service related issues through phone email or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products services and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • High school diploma GED or suitable equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
