Quality Assurance Manager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage the development and implementation of quality metrics
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality issues and nonconformances
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements
• Ensure proper documentation and validation of quality processes
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation activities
• Facilitate quality training and awareness programs
• Conduct internal and external quality management system audits
• Manage supplier quality and qualification processes
• Implement and maintain corrective and preventive action programs
• Monitor and analyze quality performance through KPIs and reports
• Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and management roles
• Proven experience in leading and developing a quality assurance team
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
• Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Proficient in risk management and root cause analysis techniques
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CQM CQE or similar) is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional environment
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software
• Ability to drive change and foster a culture of quality excellence
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
