This is a remote position.

The Recruiting Assistant will provide overall support functions to the current recruiting team: candidate sourcing job postings across social media platforms and the company career page. The person most successful in this role has a proven base of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and an ability to communicate with a variety of people. To be successful in this role you must enjoy people and have a sales hustle mentality!


Requirements

Qualifications:
1 year of experience in Sourcing/Recruiting required (phone screening interview scheduling communicating with hiring managers etc.)
2 years of experience in an Administrative or HR setting
Must have worked in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels of clients candidates and coworkers
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in decisionmaking
A detailed eye for improving organization and processes is a plus
Must be a selfstarter and able to take directions and work independently with initiative
Experience with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and the ability to learn other applications and programs as needed
Maximizing time efficiently
Strong critical thinking skills
Analytical/problemsolving skills

This role has an expected rampup period of 3060 days and is 100% commission. There is a tiered commission structure for those who are serious about the recruiting industry and would like to develop into an independent recruiting partner with our company.
