Job Description

Drive zone initiatives to meet sales objectives focusing on market development distribution expansion and sales operations.
Address critical zone issues impacting sales taking necessary actions or escalation.
Support national business initiatives from the headquarters.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and service teams to develop authorized applicators.
Empowering the launch of new spices brands in the market handling the territory of Guj Maharashtra and goa
Ensure expertise in systems processes policies and business modules (SPPB) including training and feedback collection.
Manage recruitment retention and clarity of roles & responsibilities for field managers and employees.
Engage with top customers consultants and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve business aspects.
Monitor inventory receivables and commercial policies; drive dealer programs and demand generation.
Take direct responsibility for scheme design competition strategy and governance processes.
Coordinate with NSM and Marketing teams for budgeting and execution of marketing activities.
Additional Focus Areas:
Achieve Specifications targets and operationalize SPPB.
