Pollution Control Equipment like Pulse Jet Dust Collector.
Supervise a team to handle Fitters contract workmen outsourced jobs & AMC personnel.
Report generation as per the group standards Maintenance planning and manpower.
Performance Management of the subordinates: Target / Goal setting Appraisals Feedback as per the objectives set for the department.
Total productive Maintenance Spare parts and Inventory Control.
Safety and Environment Management System WCM / TPM Activities.
Ensure to meet to given OEE target for every month Maximum Utilization of manpower/ machinery Spares inventory managements.
Preventive & breakdown maintenance related activities
Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety as per company as well as WCM Standards. Knowledge on WCM Reliability Pillar routes. Should have an aptitude for lowcost automation pokayokes downtime reductions.
To drive various plant improvement projects elated to cost saving productivity improvement & automation. New technology/equipment trails & trail report preparation Vendor evaluation on basis of technical comparison.
ROI calculation and asset coding for machineries and equipment after project completion
Coordination with consultant/vendor for timely project execution and commissioning.
Opex Purchasing & Annual Opex budgeting.
Ensure to meet all legal compliance related to Maintenance department
