Salary: 25.500 plus quarterly bonus

In this role youll play a pivotal role in our operations. Your primary focus will be on engaging customers ensuring their safety and delivering an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your team with precision emphasising time efficiency and clear communication for seamless operations.

• Uphold standards through effective training staffing and team development initiatives.

• Foster approachability confidence and enthusiasm with both customers and staff ensuring a memorable experience that keeps them coming back.

• Motivate and guide staff to achieve individual and team KPIs driving performance and success.

Requirements:

• At least 1yr Management experience required.

• Experience in leading and developing a team.

• Health and Safety experience.

• Monday to Sunday. Shift pattern flexibility is vital for this role.
