Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Water mobility stations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate service provider, staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor and ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of the marina facilities is executed
- Ensuring they meet safety and cleanliness standards in the marine stations at all time.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
