Process Technician

• Assembling and ensuring the production of defectfree products.
  
• Helping maintain and repair equipment involved in the value stream.
  
• Ensuring a clean and well organized workplace for yourself and other TAS Team Members
  
• Collaborating with other process team members in ensuring TAS meets value stream goals for People Quality Delivery & Cost key performance indicators.
  
• Completing all work with an eye for improvement and great attention to detail.
  
• Participating in ongoing self and corporate learning in preparation for new opportunities in support of the TAS Mission.
  
• Ensuring the required materials are available for production and that the factory is safe for all Team Members.
  
• Inspecting machinery and reporting any faults to management and Team Members.
  
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
  
• Analyzing performance and products then making suitable recommendations.
  
• Following health and safety standards.
  
• Following production guidelines and specifications.
  
• Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment.
  
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
  
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
  
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
  
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
  
• Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
  
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
  
• Able to work as part of a team.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Basic math skills.
  
• Physical dexterity.
  
• Available for shift work.
