Work Timing: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (Flexible in work timing)

Job Description

13 years of related job experience

Strong SQL and JS coding skills

Good communication skills

Experience in email marketing tools like Adobe Campaign (preferred) SFMC Unica Epsilon etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible to execute campaign as per Adobe Campaign request form.

Review CRF and assets. Raise questions to Project manager if any.

Design and implement the customer journey as per requirement using existing infrastructure and integrations.

Create or reuse existing campaign workflow or delivery templates as per requirement.

Support deployment for following channels: Email SMS Push Direct Mail.

Implement required personalization (Simple using java script or dynamic).

Work with Creative Consultants for email delivery templates.

Implement changes and communicated enhancements.

Deploy proof and counts to required list/seed list.

Schedule campaign as per stated frequency.

Update Project Manager about issues timelines assets required delays challenges if any to deliver in required timelines dependencies on technical or creative consultant.

Ensure approvals in place before deployment.
