Position Title: Customer Service Representative with Sales Support
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 30000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WITH SALES SUPPORT
Your Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative with Sales Support would be:
Processing orders in Shopify and handling all customer emails.
Coordinate jobs with client s decoration team to be embroidered or printed liaise with customers to supply artwork and proofs and have stock delivered to the decoration centre.
Place orders on the supplier portal for delivery to the end client.
Work with customers to handle any enquiries for bulk orders etc.
Handle all return and exchange enquiries client have a good returns platform but need to ensure it s seamless.
Handle all outofstock enquiries responsible for contacting customers and informing them or suggesting an alternative product that is available if they order a product that is on backorder; work with the Office team to learn about the client s products.
Fulfill all sales using Shopify and ensure all tracking details are sent to customers when receives from the supplier.
Assist in answering phone calls (phone calls can be answered/managed online) as needed as this task is being handled by the office team.
Qualifications as Customer Service Representative with Sales Support:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or any related course.
3 years experience in Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative or a Sales Support role BPO Call Center experience is advantageous.
Experience of Shopify is essential.
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency) both verbal and written with great listening skills.
Strong phone customer service experience.
Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritise and understand processes from start to finish.
High level of attention to detail and ability to follow through affectively with instructions.
Computer literate (Microsoft Windows & databases).
Drive and initiative with an eagerness to learn and grow and ability to work and interact as a part of a team.
