JOB PURPOSE:

To do the necessary installation on the site as instructed by the supervisor to complete the project on time.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and perform commissioning and integration specifically Huawei 3G/4G/5G Technologies

Support and perform commissioning and integration of MW HW Specifically 102030 & 11 MW Links

Good Knowledge on UBTT UBTm & UBTs

Support and perform the implementation of new software and maintenance loads.

Provide technical support per project and customer SLA.

Support lab/pilot/FOA planning and validation of new hardware and software.

Support the creation of MOPs

Installation of Pre commissioned HW in Military & Palace Sites

Customer problem investigation and support all facets of resolution

Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically onsite) in his/her field of expertise

Operates in compliance with the processes methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
