IA - RN Case Manager - Hospice - Waterloo Hospice experience required

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an RN Hospice/Case Manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Waterloo IA 50701

Assignment Start Date: 3/21/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Hospice experience is required

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• A current and unencumbered IA State RN license is required
• A valid drivers license own vehicle and vehicle insurance are required(will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.62.2 per mile) is also required

EMR System: knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: MondayFriday; 8 am5 pm with one night a call a week and 1 every 4 the weekend.
