- Risk Management: Identify and Categorize outage exposures that could cause business interruption, then mitigate the vulnerabilities to safeguard against business disruption. Responsible for ensuring adherence to business and regulatory requirements.
- Resilience Training: Provide training and workshops to NEOM Business Units’ leaders and staff on city and organizational resilience best practices and preparedness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to assess risks, vulnerabilities, and progress toward resilience goals. Analyze data and trends related to city resilience and prepare and present comprehensive reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations to NEOM decision-makers.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with NEOM business Units, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address their resilience challenges.
