Digital Identity Verification Key Account Management Manager/ Senior Manager (Multiple Roles)

Location: Banglore/ Mumbai

They have entered the payments industry 9 years ago to facilitate CashonDelivery payments for ecommerce businesses. They are also contributing to the pace of digitization of India by working closely with traditional banks to increase ease and convenience for lastmile customers.

What Youll do:

Key Account management (KAM) and new customer acquisition in the existing/emerging market categories and conversion of leads
Preparing shortterm and longterm sales plans sales approaches and strategies
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
Customer relationship management
Build and manage existing business pipelines and generate Crosssell/upsell opportunities.
Identify target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collect competitor intelligence What makes you a great fit:
Has fair understanding of payments and KYC space preferably from KYC platforms
Hunting and Key account management role in previous organization
Experience in productfocused sales and an organized approach to work
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
Strong business acumen and product expertise

Good to have:

6 experience in FinTech / KYC / Technology organizations
Experience in a startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
