Your tasks
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders including IT and OT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide regular project status updates risk assessments and issue resolution strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements Engineering: Analyze IT and OT requirements translating business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
Define and prioritize functional and nonfunctional requirements considering factors such as interoperability data integrity and system performance.
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather validate and refine project requirements.
Ensure that IT and OT systems meet regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices.
(Infrastructure Architecture)
Evaluate existing IT and OT systems to identify gaps redundancies and areas for improvement.
Suggest design & architect considerations of the infrastructure services required to support ITOT integration considering scalability reliability security and performance) including diagrams specifications and technical guidelines.

Must have competences
Proven knowledge about networking technologies (routing switching load balancing firewalling & network services)
Proficient knowledge in hyper scaler and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS MS Azure Certification)
Certified in Network technologies (e.g. Cisco Juniper Nokia )
Proven Understanding of OT systems protocols and technologies (e.g. SCADA PLC MES IEC60850 IEC61850)
Project Lead for large IT transformation projects (10 years experience)
Demonstrated expertise in cross IT infrastructure projects (at least 10 years)
Proven experience in project management (at least 5 years)

Preferably the position should be filled in April/ May 2024

This position will be filled with an order of three months with the wish for a longterm prolongation
