Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

1. Collaborate brainstorm and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages presentations programming collateral signage internal communications newsletters and marketing materials.
   
2. Develop concepts by hand or with software and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color text font style imagery and layout
   
3. Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials based on best practices for using a content management system.
   
4. Conceptualize and create original design concepts that align with client branding and messaging.
   
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
   
6. Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
   
7. Produce highquality visual assets for print and digital media including logos marketing collateral social media graphics and website layouts.
   
8. Knowledge of HTML CSS and web design principles is a plus.
   
9. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
   
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  

• Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software including Illustrator InDesign Photoshop Dreamweaver Canva.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  

• Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  

• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
  

• Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design art or related discipline
  

• Working knowledge of CSS3 HTML5 and JavaScript
