Product Manager

Were on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our cuttingedge reconciliation product. Reporting directly to CTO youll be an integral part of the product development process collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of customercentric solutions that align with our companys vision and strategy.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  
• Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to develop inform execute and maintain the product vision strategy road map features and prioritization.
  
• Assess value develop cases and prioritize backlog stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and changing requirements.
  
• Identify market trends user needs and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers providing guidance and support.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  
• Make strategic decisions on feature development balancing shortterm and longterm goals.
  
• Engage with internal stakeholders executives and external partners to gather insights and align priorities.
  
• Present product strategies progress and plans to stakeholders across the organization.
  
• Translate user needs and market insights into clear and detailed product requirements user stories and use cases.
  
• Work closely with the product team to ensure requirements and designs are accurately conveyed to engineering teams.
  
• Oversee the endtoend product development process ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope.
  
• Monitor progress identify bottlenecks implement necessary adjustments mitigate risks and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.
  
• Analyze user data feedback and performance metrics to drive datadriven product decisions.
  
• Iterate on product features and strategies based on data insights.
  
• Ensure effective product launches that generate user excitement and adoption.
