Job Description
Who are we looking for:
Functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Years of experience needed : 5 to 8 Years
Minimum 5 years of experience in all stages of the development cycle for Sales Field service
customer service and marketing module of Dynamics 365.
Technical Skills:
Must have good experience in customizing Dataverse tables columns forms views relationships
based on customer requirement Expertise in creating visualizations and reports using Power BI.
Deciding on need and use of outofthebox features required configuration and customization for
various functionalities and requirements.
Must have experience in designing the solution flowcharts for understanding of client and team.
Having good knowledge of customizing Entities and Attributes workflows Customizing Forms
Views relationships Business rules and Web resources.
Hands on experience in customized Dashboards based on the custom charts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
Exposure on Microsoft technologies including Power Platform Canvas Apps and Model Driven
Apps for 365 CE.
Extensive knowledge on Sales Field service customer service and marketing module.
Development of Sitemap Customizations.
Delivering presentation to client on solutions.
Knowledge on engaged in crafting Proof of Concepts (POCs) tailored to the specific needs of
diverse clients including TWS GDG CPL Aromas
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
