Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to design develop and maintain a stateoftheart IDaaS solution leveraging the Okta platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Identity Access Management program ensuring robust security and facilitating seamless access across our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive IDaaS solutions using Okta.
  

• Expertise in IAM governance including single signon identity federation and resource provisioning.
  

• Advanced understanding of business processes and IT controls.
  

• Install integrate and deploy Okta products in client environments.
  

• Continuously improve the Identity Access Management program.
  

• Support audit findings compliance adherence and organizational change.
  

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field with 8 years of experience (or equivalent experience).
  

• IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. Security CE SSCP).
  

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly.
  

• Proven knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms.
  

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DISA and its support to mission partners.
  

• TS/SCI with CI Poly.
  

• Experience with Active Directory Oracle Identity Manager Federation protocols (SAML OAUTH) and zero trust principles.
