We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to design develop and maintain a stateoftheart IDaaS solution leveraging the Okta platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Identity Access Management program ensuring robust security and facilitating seamless access across our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive IDaaS solutions using Okta.
Expertise in IAM governance including single signon identity federation and resource provisioning.
Advanced understanding of business processes and IT controls.
Install integrate and deploy Okta products in client environments.
Continuously improve the Identity Access Management program.
Support audit findings compliance adherence and organizational change.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field with 8 years of experience (or equivalent experience).
IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. Security CE SSCP).
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly.
Proven knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DISA and its support to mission partners.
TS/SCI with CI Poly.
Experience with Active Directory Oracle Identity Manager Federation protocols (SAML OAUTH) and zero trust principles.
