- 3 to 5 years working experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 3 years working configuration management and maintaining a CMDB
- Working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Hands on experience working with Service Mapping process

- Hands on experience working with data intake integrations with other Data sources
