Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/x)

Tasks

A variety of tasks are waiting for you amongst others:

• Lead the implementation design and analysis of compensation policies and processes including but not limited to salary reviews bonus calculation incentive plans and benefits
• Keeping Compensation & Benefits policies protocols and procedures up to date to ensure that they are in line with country laws and Group policies
• Making recommendations to identify opportunities for improvement in relation to the companys performance efficiency or financial status
• Keeping track of internal and external benchmarks to remain competitive
• Support the implementation of the international mobility program

Requirements

You bring along:

• You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of compensation and benefits preferably in an international environment
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology
• You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English German is considered as a plus
• You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
• You are a team player show initiative and want to contribute ideas
• You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
