Responsibilities:
Support the eCommerce team in daytoday engagement of eDB operations to
ensure smooth and timely stock supply to all Ecommerce partners; Jumia Konga
Mano Glovo MAKA). This includes ensuring effective tracking timely processing
and reconciliation partner LPOs
Ensure timely deployment of promotion and campaigns materials on partner
platforms in accordance with execution plan
Manage deployment and update of contents (images descriptions videos) on
brand s eShops
Perform routine checks on partner platforms twice a week for product visibility
promotion content and overall eShop hygiene. Report to be document in the store
check tracker for review with actions to be taken.
Collect/aggregation data (sales and marketing data) from eCommerce partners
and harmonize for analysis and reporting purposes
Maintain the various excel tracking tools and update as frequently as required
Any other task that may be assigned to support effective execution of the
eCommerce operation
Skills Knowledge and Experience:
An average knowledge of eCommerce operations with proven experience in
managing ecommerce platform backend
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word & Excel)
Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a Personal Assistant Work Type: Full On-Site Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English Candidate must be able to use the Microsoft office suites(Excel, word, and PowerPoint) Proficiency in the use of Zoom and Google Meet
