Position Overview:
We work with CRM Systems that sometimes have bad data in them which our clients need to have cleaned up. Further we have a need to have some of the data reformatted and added back to the system for a data import we are performing.
Requirements
Duties/responsibilities:
Review current data configuration
Review task requirements for each job
Create a process that would allow for the most efficient production of the work
Ensure that data that is going into the system is accurate and relevant
Required Skills:
Ability to work with CRM Systems such as Zoho Salesforce Pipedrive or Hubspot
Ability to work independently
Ability to work with Excel or similar spreadsheets
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to establish processes for completing the work
Ability to work with a team
Ability to track work in Project Management software
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree (preferred)
3 years plus
Duties/responsibilities: Able communicate with project teams effectively Adapt quickly to manage client requests and new projects Manage resource workloads and identify new resource requirements Comfortable working with an international team Comfortable with ticket management Must be able to handle the entire project cycle effectively Must be extremely organized, timely, and proactive Must have a working knowledge of project management software - ideally Teamwork PM Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing weekly productivity, resources, advancement against project scope, budgets, quality, and risk Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in U.S. English Available during US work hours as needed Must be a proactive problem-solver and willing to take charge when necessary Must be a confident leader that will motivate and encourage the teams Must be committed, focused, detail-oriented and professional Must be a team player with a good attitude and great communication skills Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking ways to do things better and more effectively/efficiently Must have a commitment to excellence Must be a self-starter able to work independently Must have reliable computer, internet, and quiet space to work Education and Experience: Must hold a bachelor s degree or certification in project management or have at least 3 years successful experience as a PM in a professional services environment.
