Your Career Your Story:

Unlock Your Success with Essential Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience with exposure to architecture and engineering
  
• Ability to complete 50 builds per day
  
• Proficiency with various sourcing platforms especially LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Pro
  
• Familiarity with different contact finding tools
  
• Experience with Boolean search and strings
  
• Ability to source 150 or more quality candidates via LinkedIn
  
• Familiarity with passive and active sourcing techniques
  
• Experience with RecruiterFlow CRM or similar platforms
  
• Strong timemanagement skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to be coached
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Technical acumen with online platforms and adeptness in navigating various websites
  

Additional Qualifications outside of requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist Sourcer or similar role
  
• Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
  
• Familiarity with social networks professional sites and resume databases
