Functional Consultant:
Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Absence Management)
Job Description:
Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements leading Show & tell sessions doing functional configuration testing client user training.
Oracle HCM Cloud expertise in end to end implementations in the following areas Core HR & Absence management
Specific implementation experience of Core HR with security controls in global customers
Good experience with writing fast formulas
A minimum of 34 years of experience in multiple endtoend hands on implementations involving above HCM modules across industry domains
Prior Project or Team management experience in the Implementation engagement would be added advantage
Locations: Hyderabad/Kolkata/ Bhubaneswar/Bangalore.
