Experience Design (XD) Specialist

We are currently looking for an Experience Design (XD) Specialist for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with XD teams globally to establish a unified approach to XD measurement utilizing a defined framework. Compile and present performance data and advancements.
Engage with crossfunctional team members to prioritize initiatives facilitate the adoption of the XD measurement framework and contribute to the refinement of common XD measurement practices within the company.
Partner with colleagues in the XD Strategy team to identify synergies and opportunities for ongoing and new initiatives that cater to the needs of teams throughout the organization.
Conduct audits and maintain an inventory of existing practices products and performance data to refine ongoing processes.
Develop monitor and communicate key performance indicators to organizational leaders. Assess and adapt measurement parameters based on their impact on the organizations objectives.
Support continuous XD maturity assessments including administering tools deploying surveys collecting and analyzing data and generating insights.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders in Canada the US and Asia to collaborate on measurement strategies and capitalize on existing methodologies.
Stay informed about industry trends digital technologies and advancements to ensure the company delivers topnotch services to its customers.

What you will need to succeed:

3 years of experience in experience design user experience behavioral economics cognitive or social psychology or a related field coupled with a degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience spanning across multiple digital channels including web mobile (web and native applications) and social platforms.
Familiarity with various XD measurement methodologies.
Experience in measuring and reporting on qualitative and quantitative metrics and analytics.
Uptodate knowledge of current digital UX standards and trends.
Strong communication presentation and design skills.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence others through collaborative approaches.
Experience collaborating with diverse clients and various departments within a team environment; agency/consulting experience is an advantage.
Highly engaging positive motivated and organized
Strong aptitude for critical thinking.
Ability to effectively manage and deliver on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
