As a Procurement Officer you will be entrusted with the responsibility of executing precise prompt and compliant procurement and contract administration tasks. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Procurement Coordinator and the Customer Care Team to guarantee that customers experience exceptional service.

• A bachelor s degree preferably in business studies or commerce or related fields
  
• Must have 12 years of experience in procurement or purchasing and vendor management
  
• Excellent grasp of English both in verbal and in writing notably with previous experience in liaising directly with customers and stakeholders;
  
• Computer literate (especially with MS Excel) techsavvy and driven to learn
  
• Good management skills and high attention to details
  
• Good organizational interpersonal and problemsolving skills
  
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  
• Possess sound administrative skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  
• Ability to multitask and be flexible

Position Objectives

• Deliver accurate timely and compliant procurement and contract administration activities
  
• Work collaboratively with the Procurement Coordinator and Customer Care Team to ensure that customers receive an excellent customer service.
  
• Monitor and ensure all active contractors meet all legislative and compliance requirements
  
• Maintain positive relationships within the Contractor network
  

Process

• Manage all procurement requests including obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders
  
• Research possible providers when needed
  
• Utilize all systems to manage the endtoend procurement process and keep clear records of all communication and transactions.
  
• Ensure contracts are in place for all active contractors
  
• Ensure contractors are fully compliant and satisfy both legislative and audit requirements.
  
• Maintain clear records of all contract documentation.
  
• Maintain contractor register
  
• Complete monthly reporting to manage procurement activities and compliance requirements.
  

Finance

• Actively promote the client company s services to meet Growth Targets.
  
• Deliver on agreed KPI and targets
  
• Complete all funding and debt management activities
  

People

• Professionally represent the company as the leading healthcare recruitment company in Australia.
  
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Care Team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the quality of services delivered are of a high standard.
  
• Actively participate in monthly supervision with your manager and ensure your mandatory training is always up to date
  
• Actively participate in your own professional development
  
• Promote the client company by providing excellent customer service to lead to greater customer attraction
  
• Ensure a high standard of conduct and work performance to promote the client company s reputation with key internal and external stakeholders.
  

Complaint and Incident Management

• Ensure that you understand and adhere to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Legislation rules and policies or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018
  
• Monitor the qualityofservice delivery in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018
  
• Adhere to the company s Compliant and Incident Management escalation processes proactively and appropriately
  
• Act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services provided to our customers
  

Continuous Improvement

• Provide input into the quality of the customer and workforce experience and be proactive and responsive to identified gaps and opportunities
  
• Actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Compliance

• Work safely and in accordance with the client company s OHS policies and procedures.
  
• Familiarize and work in accordance with WHS and QMS systems policies and procedures.
  
• Comply with company policies and procedures including business principles misconduct reporting procedure and competition law compliance policy to meet expectations on professional conduct.
  
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation in accordance with the quality standards framework
  
• Comply with legislative requirements at all times.
  
• Comply with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Code of Conduct and practice standards or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2018 at all times.
  
• Meet contractual requirements relating the NDIS or Aged Care
