Project Manager PMP

Role: Project Manager (PMP)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking qualified candidates who meet the following requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution and control ensuring adherence to project budgets schedules and quality standards.
• Utilize the Secure Software Development Lifecycle methodology for software implementations covering planning analysis design development testing and release to production.
• Manage infrastructure projects involving network connectivity such as building management systems medication distribution systems temperature monitoring systems VOIP Wireless and other systems.
• Provide technical support to interpret ITrelated contract scopes of work ensuring alignment with implementation requirements.
• Oversee application development projects including the integration of commercial offtheshelf (COTS) products.
• Coordinate multiple projects across various platforms simultaneously including infrastructure application development and platform migration projects.
• Understand technical requirements for server and database setups across multiple environments.
• Utilize Service Now Project Management Software to manage project management functions including updating project records managing milestones and entering status reports.
• Lead projects with direct stakeholder involvement at the state government director level and above.
• Manage projects involving collaboration with multiple state agencies.

Requirements:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager demonstrating expertise in project execution and control.
• Strong understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle methodology.
• Experience managing infrastructure projects requiring network connectivity.
• Ability to provide technical support for interpreting ITrelated contract scopes of work.
• Proficiency in managing application development projects including integration with COTS products.
• Track record of managing multiple projects across various platforms simultaneously.
• Familiarity with technical requirements for server and database setups.
• Experience using Service Now Project Management Software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
