Overview:

The role of an International Telecaller Representative is crucial for our organization as they are responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential international clients via telephone. The representative acts as the main point of contact between the company and its international clients and plays a vital role in driving revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to potential international clients
  • Explain products or services and prices and answer questions from customers
  • Provide information regarding products and services in an engaging manner
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate sales
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with international clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Adhere to scripts and ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each call
  • Follow up with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the international sales team and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new leads and customers
  • Handle administrative tasks related to international sales and customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a telecaller telemarketer or similar role
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language (preferably the main target market language)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to handle demanding clients
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of international sales principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
  • Understanding of international trade regulations and cultural sensitivities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate different time zones
  • Ability to adapt to different sales techniques based on the target market
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and updating customer information
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
