Job Description for SAMPRO :

• Ideal Candidate experienced in Software Asset Management modules / Software asset lifecycle (request to disposal)
• Must have SAMPro Platform experience and skills within the following areas:

• Key data tables within SAMPro (Software Entitlements Software Discovery Model Software Installations)
• Discovery Models Discovery Maps Software Model normalization SCCM
• Create design and apply Transform Maps Utilize SAMPro skills to generate accurate reports and analysis on software inventory usage and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on SAM Pro best practices and ensure knowledge transfer within the team
• Must have Service Nows Content Management Service in relation to SAM Pro
• Knowledge about hardware & Software asset lifecycle from request to disposal; end to end ITAM process lifecycle
• Experience with migrating data from other SAM tools into ServiceNow SAM Pro
• Experience in reviewing ServiceNow Logs and remediating SAM Pro errors

• Flexible to work in all shift including Night shift
• Understands Basics of Incident Management process and defined IM process for IT Asset Management Scenarios
