Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal guidance and support to various business units.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and operations.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Handle contract negotiations and drafting.
• Advise on data protection laws and privacy matters.
• Manage legal disputes and litigations.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal counsel or attorney.
• Strong understanding of financial and payment services regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of commercial and contract law.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Detailoriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws and data protection regulations.
