Location: Belgium (Hybrid Working)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Architect to join our clients team in Belgium. As an Azure Architect you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable reliable and costeffective Azure architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Designing endtoend cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure that meet the business and technical requirements of our clients
  
• Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business needs objectives and constraints.
  
• Evaluating existing infrastructure and applications and providing recommendations for migration to Azure.
  
• Architecting solutions for high availability scalability security and performance optimization on Azure.
  
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates Azure CLI or Azure PowerShell for automated deployment and management of Azure resources.
  
• Configuring and optimising Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines Azure App Services Azure SQL Database Azure Storage Azure Networking etc.
  
• Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).
  
• Designing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions on Azure.
  
• Monitoring and optimising resource usage to ensure costeffectiveness and efficiency.
  
• Integrating Azure solutions with DevOps practices for continuous integration delivery and deployment.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• Proven experience as an Azure Architect or similar role with a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and solutions including Azure Virtual Machines Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL Database Azure Storage Azure Networking etc.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates Azure CLI or Azure PowerShell.
  
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
  
• Experience designing solutions for high availability scalability and performance optimization.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or related certifications are a plus.
  
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
