Sr Service Now Developer Lead

Required Skills:

Good Understanding & Experience in ServiceNow specifically Service Catalog ITSM Request Fulfillment and Flow Designer.

Determine problem areas within our current Service Catalog framework and recommend solutions

Strong experience and background in building request forms.

Develop new UI .

Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation of our Service Catalog

Support the design of custom catalogue items working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and the Product Manager for implementation

Collaborate with the project manager and system analyst to establish timelines specifications technical documentation and forms

Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition

Clientcentric focus strong communication and teamwork skills to work optimally with multifunctional teams.

Ensure effective collaboration and communication with vendor partners to meet project goals and timelines.

Drive agile delivery practices to ensure flexibility efficiency and responsiveness in solution delivery.

ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science information technology computer information systems or a similar field

2 years of working with ServiceNow including configuring an ITSM service catalog and workflow design using Flow Designer

ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript experience required

ServiceNow IntegrationHub experience required

ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus
