BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

About the Role:
As part of our growth we are recruiting a Senior HR specialist to support our business in France. With your proven HR experience in France you bring your experienced HR skills and profession of HR policy and your enthusiasm for the HR career to propose and implement HR solutions at national level.


Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for preparing and updating offer contract and other employeerelated documents in accordance with French Labor Law Collective Agreement and Industry Agreement.

2. Responsible for coordinating with payroll company and providing mutation data on a monthly basis checking accuracy and completeness of payslips ensuring the payment is made on time and accurately.

3. Responsible for developing and improving employee relationship managementdealing with labor union andemployee relationship incidents including but not limited to employee conflicts labor disputes.

4. Responsible for handling visa applications and residence permission affairs for employees monitoring the status and promptly informing relevant parties.

5. Responsible for coordintating with local governments law firms and relevant institutions and providing information or materials as requested to support local business operations.

6. Responsible for developing and implementing the compensation and benefits policy managing the renewal of health insurance and welfare contract in our social scope of responsibility.

7.Responsible for supporting other HR functions including recruitment employee care or others.


Required skills qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration Labour Law or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in human resources particularly of employee relations and compensation.

3. Solid Knowledge of French Labor Laws and HR practices.

4. Comfort with handling numerical data excellent proficiency in computer tools.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

6. Fluent in both French and English. Chinese will be a plus.
