Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial acumen and strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and help General Managers run their operations as businesses generating adequate returns per business plan.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results & recommending corrective actions
Responsible for overall cash flow and working capital management forecasting and reporting
Seek new growth prospects for the business unit
Manage country cluster/division P&L and Balance sheet Profitability analysis of existing portfolio by category and customer.
Lead the Regional budgeting and forecasting process including goal setting monthly variance analysis and peer group metrics for the region. Provide measurement against goals for a timely valuation of performance.
Provide daytoday leadership and management of the regional finance team as well as develop
Track local commercial budget and noncommercial budget
Drive commercial spending ROI Understand brand goals and strategies as well as companys financial policies and provide analyses to help marketing and sales achieve goals
Coordinate with local marketing team to review marketing business plan: Provide financial analysis of proposed new items programs and licenses for go/nogo decisions support Drive local analysis at brand level (e.g. P&L by brand market share) Coordinate with local marketing to build local launch model
Ensure proper allocation of spending across brands and cost buckets
Identify brand profitability drivers / Provide brand and channel analysis as required by management.
Skills & Requirements:

Analytical capability strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of key business drivers and ability to add value to the decision making processes of the business through high level strategic analysis and insights
Understanding of India market laws taxation regulations & guidelines

Partner with Wella South Asia Leadership Team
Partner with & Support Global Finance & other Global Functions as required

Qualifications:
Qualifications at degree level in Finance/Accounting CA/CPA qualifications essential
Post graduate qualifications MBA or equivalent highly regarded.
