We are now areon the lookout for a dynamic Service Engineer with expertise in Fire & Gas Detection to join our innovative team. This role is a perfect blend of technical support and strategic office tasks aimed at enhancing our product lines and providing stellar customer support. Some offshore and site work will also be required.

In this role you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients vendors and external partners ensuring smooth project execution.
• Oversee system modifications commissioning and maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Employ critical thinking to address and resolve onsite challenges effectively.
• Involvement in the design setup and finetuning of cuttingedge Fire & Gas detection systems in alignment with international standards.
• Conduct rigorous testing for both new and existing detection technologies.
• Interpret and refine system design documents for optimal functionality.
• Advocate for design improvements based on thorough field evaluations.
• Champion adherence to global safety and quality protocols.
• Take on a proactive role in R&D initiatives contributing to the innovation of future products.

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• HNC in relevant subject
• Offshore experience
