Kodainya I&T is a leading software development company that specialises in creating innovative technology solutions for businesses. We are currently seeking a Sales Intern to join our team and help us continue to drive growth in the industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in business development and a proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building relationships with key stakeholders and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research industry events and other methods
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to ensure successful execution of sales and business development initiatives
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecast to the Director of Business Development


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
