Program Leader

• Leads S/4 HANA programs or projects with a delineated scope of work executed within a finite timeframe in a high complexity context.
• Works with Senior Management/Steering Committee in the definition of the scope of work, boundaries, and dimension at the start-up of programs and projects
  

Your Tasks

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issue management to minimize the impact of issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
