Required Skills:
6 years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
5 years experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Ability to estimate software development efforts
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
