PowerObjects an HCL Technologies Company is seeking a Dynamics 365 Power Platform Lead to join their awardwinning and growing team. This individual will collaborate with current consultant (Onshore/Offshore) and other team members to determine the best design approach regarding the overall solution including system design data integration and migration. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance across multiple projects ensuring the use of PowerObjects Proven Process and best practices crosspollination of knowledge from previous/other solutions and mentoring. The candidate must be extremely detailoriented have the ability to multitask be meticulously organized and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications:

It will be a high visibility senior role within the practice;

Lead our current consultants both onshore and offshore;

Act as the lead consultant / SA across a number of key customer projects;

Be the platform evangelist both internally and at external community events on behalf of PO;

Work closely with Technical Director and our sales team on offerings and market strategies;

Really want some senior Solution Architect level

Hands on but comfortable in sales / presales and delivery

Ideally will have come from an enterprise background

They need to have a good comprehension of working to a plan

Identifying scope

Attention to detail

Aware of and managing project budgets and timelines

Would much prefer they are new but come from a big company / projects background
