- As the first point of contact for our customers across all hierarchical levels, you are responsible for the implementation of IT projects
- You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the project team in all project phases
- Analyzing meaningful KPIs for project controlling and initiating corrective measures are also part of your tasks
- You identify project potential for existing customers and support them until the project is completed
- The conception, further development and implementation of the account management strategy to build long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you
