An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Key responsibilities include:

More than 3 years experience as an Application Consultant or in a similar clientfacing role.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective application configurations and customizations.

Configure and customize software applications to align with clients needs ensuring proper functionality and usability.

Collaborate with the development and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.

Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the applications and improving user experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Proficient in both writing and speaking in English language.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
