Job Description
Position Title: Female Executive Driver MD
Location: Nairobi
Department: Regional Management
Reports To: PA Managing Director
Our client is seeking a Female Executive Driver to chauffeur the Managing Director to and from work and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Arrange vehicle care and maintenance to ensure vehicles remain clean and roadworthy.
2. Diagnose and point out minor mechanical problems.
3. Supervise company motor vehicle inspections as assigned.
4. Drive the Regional MD or assigned parties respecting road safety regulations and ensuring punctuality.
5. Monitor road systems and conditions adjusting routes to avoid delays.
6. Maintain professionalism amiable attitude and be available on immediate call basis.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality.
8. Ensure all assignments are finished on time and satisfactorily.
9. Assist in visa/permit applications for staff duty travel.
10. Follow up on driving license alien cards passes etc. applications.
11. Organize hospitality and logistical arrangements for visiting delegations and guests.
12. Receive accompany and see off official VIP guests/delegations.
13. Attend motor accident scenes and liaise with Traffic police.
14. Perform special projects and other assigned duties.

Valid relevant driving license
Geographical knowledge
Basic knowledge in mechanics
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver ideally in an executive chauffeur capacity.
