Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order placement product inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customeroriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
