1. To build capacity & operational capabilities which matches the evolving business needs
2. To be compliant to all the guidelines issued by authorities including government agencies / other regulatory & statutory bodies and board / management approved policies

4. To manage the claims arising out of OPD / Risk Assurance business including detection and prevention of fraud and wastage.
5. To design and implement best in class processes which can stand the test of scrutiny from internal / external stakeholders
