Talent Acquisition Intern mfd internal

Our team is growing and looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in the recruitment process and support our HR team in attracting sourcing and engaging top talent. This internship will provide valuable insights into the world of talent acquisition offering exposure to various recruitment strategies tools and best practices. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and business leaders contributing to recruitment initiatives that drive our companys growth and success.

Tasks

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards social media platforms (LinkedIn Xing) and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications interest and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Support the maintenance of our applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles status changes and interview feedback.
• Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms.
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.

Requirements

• You are a business student enrolled in the University and or you are a fresh business graduate
• You have a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. German skills as nice to have
• You are highly organized with strong attention to detail
• You have a proactive and positive attitude.
• You have previous experience in fast paced or highly competitive environments
